ABOUT ME

I am a PhD-trained executive and board-level leader with more than 15 years of international experience at the intersection of media, data, innovation, and sustainability. My work focuses on supporting organizations in navigating complex transformation, building future-ready capabilities, and creating long-term value in rapidly evolving market environments.

My professional background bridges executive leadership, strategic consulting, and academia. I have held senior management and board roles, advised global organizations on growth, innovation, and sustainability strategies, and built and led high-performing international teams. Earlier in my career, I worked in the media and film industry, which continues to shape my strategic perspective through a strong focus on narrative, creativity, and impact.

Across all roles, I combine systems thinking, data- and KPI-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled approaches to translate strategy into execution. I am particularly interested in integrated media and communication systems, governance models for innovation, and the role of sustainability as a driver of resilience and competitive advantage.

In parallel to my executive work, I remain closely connected to academia through research, teaching, and executive education. This allows me to continuously connect theory and practice and to contribute to leadership, board, and advisory contexts with analytical depth and practical relevance.
